Let the good times roll

I just posted some links to some short films I did a few years ago with Connie and Jesse. It sucks, because I really miss working with them. I always felt a weird connection to Connie's writing and was always game whatever they did. Most of the links go right to their webpage.

I watched them again last night. The material and filming is pretty raw, as they were a part of the annual 48 Hour Film contests. I remember never knowing what most of them were even going to be about, and getting a call at 6:30 am requesting that I bring a cookie jar or tight shorts or some other whacky prop if I had it. I really haven't done one since.

I made some stupid joke a few years ago, and they never really forgave me. They then moved away to live in Illinois. By the looks of their website, they seem to be plugging away on some new projects, but I always felt that their work deserved a larger audience. I was glad to be a part of it at the time. I should consider submitting/auditioning for some other projects once I get a feel for my new job.
