It's quote time!

Zorak: You dance like a woman.
Space Ghost: I dance like a woman... if she were a man!
Zorak: Well... ya got me there.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Zorak: My favorite episode of The Golden Girls is the one where they all took contaminated Geritol and died.
Space Ghost: That was never an episode!
Zorak: Well, it should have been.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Space Ghost: Dennis, you've played a number of cops. Tell us how you came to be Robocop - the ultimate cop!
Dennis Miller: Well, listen, I had, uh, done a one-man show as Peter Weller called "Give 'Em Hell, Peter" for years off-Broadway...
Space Ghost: Hang on, Peter. I'm way too angry to check out each off-Broadway production of "Robocop." I'll wait until it's on-Way!

More Space Ghost fun here.

Bang bang

The roofers hired by the association are working on our quad today, replacing the older shingles for newer ones. Hammer hammer thump thump. At least I have plans today to get out of here. The temp job ended yesterday, and I'm at home being domestic. I'll leave for a bit to go to the apartment and take a load to Goodwill, finish laundry, go to Minneapolis and have a late lunch with John, then stop by the Jungle Theatre to read a script of "Crime and Punishment". I'll audition either next Saturday or Monday. The entire day will then be capped off by a cultural intake of "America's Next Top Model" and "Project Runway".

As with any uncertainty, I have fear of not getting another job soon. Especially since we need to pay our final month of rent over at the apartment this week. No financial break there. As always before, it always works out.

Watched the end of "Roswell" this morning, not the Sci-Fi Channel series, but rather the strange Kyle MacLachlan 1994 movie "based in fact" of the events surrounding the alleged 1947 alien spacecraft crash. Not a well constructed or well written movie by any means, even with the half-hour I spied this morning, but I appreciated a bit of the details given with the characters and events. The puppet aliens constructed for the movie actually looked pretty good. There's always something to appreciate, even with low budgeted alien crash movies.
